RAK7431: Modbus to LoRaWAN® industrial bridge

The RAK7431 is an RS485 to LoRaWAN® converter designed for industrial applications. It enables wireless transmission of Modbus data between end devices and the cloud via the LoRaWAN® network.

How it works

The RAK7431 can operate in polling mode to send requests to RS485 devices and transmit the data received via LoRaWAN® to the cloud. It can also operate in transparent or packet mode to encapsulate RS485 data in LoRaWAN® frames.

Installation

The RAK7431 is easy to install and can be wall-mounted, DIN rail-mounted or mounted using a magnetic bracket.
