RAK7289 V2 WisGate Edge Pro: The High-Performance LoRaWAN Gateway for the IoT

The RAK7289 V2 WisGate Edge Pro is the latest addition to the RAK Edge series, the ideal solution for commercial Internet of Things (IoT) deployments. Thanks to its industrial-grade components, it guarantees rock-solid reliability. Versatile, it supports up to 16 LoRa channels and offers multi-backhaul connectivity via Ethernet, Wi-Fi and cellular network (optional). A dedicated port also enables power supply via solar panel or battery (optional). Its new hermetically sealed casing is designed to house the LTE, Wi-Fi and GPS antennas inside, protecting all components from the elements.

Advanced features

The RAK7289 V2 features the WisGateOS 2 operating system, based on the latest OpenWRT kernel. This system incorporates the latest security updates, such as IPv6 support, OpenSSL 1.1, multi-account access, and much more. The web interface has been completely redesigned, and now features tooltips for simplified use. Adaptable, RAK7289 is suitable for a wide variety of use cases, from rapid deployment to extensive customization of the interface and functionality.
